Main duties

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop a project plan, including scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation. Define project timelines, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure timely completion. Coordinate project activities and resources to execute the plan effectively. Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. 
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather system requirements and understand business needs. Translate requirements into system specifications and design solutions in collaboration with IT and vendor teams. Ensure that the proposed solution aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards. 
  • System Implementation: Coordinate the technical aspects of the implementation, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and security policies during the implementation process. 
  • Change Management and Adoption: Support organizational readiness for the new service management system. Support the critical stakeholder identification and development of communication and training strategies to ensure a smooth transition and user acceptance. Monitor user feedback and satisfaction levels, incorporating feedback into system enhancements and future releases.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.


  • 1-3 years of proven experience in system implementation projects, preferred as project lead.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. 
  • Experience with service management systems or similar IT solutions is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools. 
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Education level: Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • IT applications knowledge: Service Management Software, e.g. USU Valuemation or ServiceNow.
  • Advanced English language, any other languages is a plus.
