Targets and Responsibilities of the Function
The HR processes & systems team in Romania has responsibility for the following topics (non-exclusive):
- Drive the design governance for HR roles, processes & underlying frameworks for the company legal entities.
- Design, plan & support rollouts of international and local HR IT projects, processes & guidelines.
- Local process ownership for HR master data processes & adjacent functionality, including the design of harmonized & standardized solutions across Romania legal entities.
- Drive & support the further design, harmonization & consolidation of the local & global HR IT system landscape, in collaboration with the corporate teams.

Requirements Profile
- Analysis + Structure:
Proficient knowledge and skilled use of methods and tools for the analysis of circumstances and identification of measures for improvement (incl. Continuous Improvement). Structuring, methodical processing, documentation of results and recommendations for action. Here (with focus on standardization, harmonization & value generation):
- HR IT system landscape design
- HR process & data management
- Requirements engineering
- Conversation Management:
Being comfortable in professional application of methods & tools for the target group-oriented preparation and communication of knowledge and content.
- Project Management:
Proficient knowledge and professional application of methods & tools for planning, implementation, controlling and closing of projects, incl. stakeholders.
Qualification + Experiences
- Completed studies (e.g. business administration, HR management or information systems) and relevant additional training preferred
- Relevant professional experience of 2 years or more in a global or international HR IT environment, either as a consultant, administrator or power user, with a focus on topics, such as:
- SuccessFactors rollouts in a global template context, especially Employee Central (Recruiting & Onboarding helpful)
- SuccessFactors add-on / extension solutions (e.g. HR service delivery tools) are helpful, but optional
- Standardization & harmonization of HR processes and underlying IT systems
- Stakeholder management, also concerning HR IT value-add
- HR Master Data, Recruiting & Onboarding key topics & processes
- Relevant knowledge about HR Service Delivery models & corresponding software, e.g. HR request management, HR case management, electronic personnel files & document generation tools
- Profound understanding of service orientation
- High intrinsic focus on quality while still keeping the big picture in mind
- Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
- High affinity for data
- Significant experience in Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of spoken & written English, knowledge of German desirable
