Main duties

  • Independent and autonomous preparation of analyses, and evaluations on various business management issues in product and plant controlling;
  • Creating and commenting on management reports including well-founded recommendations for action;
  • Defining, initiating, and following up on corresponding measures;
  • Taking on various project tasks.

Plant controlling:

  • Supervision of Jungheinrich plants worldwide;
  • Support with all commercial tasks for business management;
  • Participation in the planning and extrapolation process, risk management, and liquidity planning for the supported units;
  • Responsible for the design and further development of commercial processes and key figures in coordination with the central departments.

Product controlling:

  • Representation of product control in the individual product development phases (e.g. studies, specifications);
  • Deriving and identifying potential for optimization of product results;
  • Creating business cases for product development projects in collaboration with product management and other Group stakeholders.

Profile requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling or finance and accounting or a comparable qualification;
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in comparable areas of responsibility (such as Plant controlling, strategic controlling, product controlling, or consulting);
  • Language skills German and English advanced level;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint), and practical SAP knowledge (SAP FI/CO, BCS/BW) are an advantage;
  • An open personality with a convincing, and empathetic demeanor at all hierarchical levels, a high level of initiative and strong communication and assertiveness as well as the ability to work in a team and intercultural competence;
  • High business and process orientation, creative drive, proactivity, and hands-on mentality paired with a strong analytical, structured, conceptual, and independent way of working.
