
Key Responsibilities

Act as an experienced business partner and consultant within the ITS segment, supporting strategic and operational decision-making

Operate at the interface between sales units, regions, and group-level functions

Serve as the central point of contact for Transfer Price Discount (TPD) reporting for stakeholders from local management up to top management

Support forecasting and planning processes for the ITS segment in the context of TPD reporting
-
Develop and align measures with responsible decision-makers to ensure a high level of target achievement
-
Create, analyze, and interpret management reports, with a strong focus on collaboration with pricing teams
-
Drive complex, cross-departmental projects in the areas of controlling and digitalization
-
Take ownership of project and sub-project responsibilities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Requierments
-
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
-
Several years of relevant professional experience in a large corporation or upper mid-sized company
-
Background in sales controlling, corporate controlling, or similar finance-related roles
-
Experience in project management and functional leadership of sub-projects is an advantage
-
Strong ability to structure complex topics, support decision-making, and drive commitment
-
Interest in and practical exposure to artificial intelligence, ideally including experience with AI agents or automation use cases

Experience with SAP FI/CO modules and business intelligence applications is preferred
-
Very good English skills (written and spoken)

German and additional languages are an advantage
