Duties
- Change advisor for global HR transformation program including organizational and IT projects incl. SAP SuccessFactors and Service Management implementation;
- Ongoing monitoring of stakeholder commitment incl. senior management and project members;
- Development of change story as well as communication and enablement roadmap;
- Establish and coordinate a network of local change facilitators regarding measure implementation;
- Conception and moderation of suitable sounding formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Proven experience as change consultant for large organizational and/or IT projects;
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Basic understanding of HRIS and other HR technology tools;
- Authentic, empathic and trustworthy personality;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- On-site and virtual workshop moderation;
- Proactive and independent way of working.
